Moving to EFRION from another system: what moves by file and how to get through the first week
Catalogues, clients, employees and stock are loaded from a CSV file. First a preview that writes nothing, then the file is accepted whole or not at all.

What does not move
Visit and appointment history does not move as records: its export from your previous system stays with you as an archive, and the history in EFRION starts on the day you switch. There are no ready-made transfers from specific systems — only the file.

Your data if you leave
All data exports as a CSV archive at any time — by the owner or an administrator, with no paid tier. Export works in the read-only week after a subscription ends, too.
